Founded in 2020, by the dynamic husband and wife team, Khoon Ting and Pol, Dolç Patisserie is a combines French techniques with modern flavours, and influences from Spain. Pol carries more than a decade of culinary background and has had the opportunity to work alongside with Michelin Star chefs such as Xavier Franco, Carles Gaig and Martin Berasategui over the years. Pol then decided to take the plunge and venture into Baking and pastry and open Dolç Patisserie here in Singapore, after working with Khoon Ting both in Singapore and Baracelona. Khoon Ting, carries years of experience in the field of pastry as well, having worked at the now defunct Sweets Garibaldi Michellin star restaurant Gaig Barcelona as pastry chef, creating desserts for the restaurant in 2018.
At Dolç Patisserie, focus is placed on high quality ingredients, delicate flavours, and modern techniques to create our products. Be it a warm buttery croissant or a petit gateaux - there is definitely something to satisfy each and every sweet tooth.
We also wish to bring customers here a piece of Barcelona, thus, Dolç Patisserie features special baked items available during limited periods of the year, which are commonly found in Barcelona. Some of these include Roscon de reyes, which is a ring-shaped sweet bread typically eaten on Kings' day in Spain.
